Together we’ll explore movement + creativity with the power of breath (pranayama), so you can live a more authentic life on and off the yoga mat.

My why


I practice yoga to stay
grounded, accountable, and present.

I teach yoga to offer the tools
for others to feel the same.

I truly believe that the real yoga practice happens off the mat, when we find ourselves in a tough conversation, taking that extra breath when someone pushes our buttons, and when we meet someone
heart to heart rather than shadow to shadow.

Our asana (physical) practice is a vehicle for change.
Let us practice yoga so that we can be
better change-makers, kinder humans, and rise up for equity and equality for all.

Without being grounded in our own bodies, souls, and minds, how can we expect others to change?
We must do the work first. But remember..it’s called a yoga practice for a reason ;)
It’s a journey no matter if it’s linear or zig/zag.
