I’ve studied the science

Through a master’s degree in organizational psychology, and over 1000 hours of yoga teacher training, I’ve both studied and embodied what it takes to become the version of you, that feels the best.

My career has dabbled in different industries, roles, and even countries..but each one has focused on one thing: you. I’ve been holding space for people to unlock their potential, and be the ripple effect they want to see for positive impact in their home, community, and beyond.

Mindfulness Practices

  • You’re looking for a single session to feel grounded and re-centered.

  • 3 Sessions, each a different mindfulness meditation practice

  • Develop your practice. Take time between sessions, and learn how to integrate into your lifestyle. More than a practice, it becomes a mindset.

1-1 Coaching

  • If you have one thing on your mind that you want to dive in the deep end, we’ll look at this issue in one session.

  • Looking for a bit more support? Time to integrate the sessions, for potential habit building, or true change? This is for you.

  • We’ll take our time, and integrate change between sessions. You have something you’re working towards, and this is the support hat will help you sort it out, or cross the finish line.
