Do Less.

DO LESS..to make space for MORE.

Keep reading for a little BTS of biz + where I'm at.

I had a great zoom meeting with a client this week, where we both shared that we're in seasons of "spring cleaning" in our lives both personally and professionally. I was telling her that all week I had been telling Fritz that my new affirmation is to DO LESS.

Then conveniently she pulls out her "Do Less" planner by @katenorthrup , and mentions there is a whole book written on this already!

So, while I might not have been the first to come up with this, it IS a new concept for me.

I've always been go-go-go 108% of the time. Like, my whole life. IYKYK.

I was sick this past week and it physically forced me to STOP working, stop do-ing, and focus on my health both mentally and physically.

and it was SO. HARD.

but WHY? Why was it so challenging for me, a yoga teacher, wellness wiz, and virgo-giver-of-advice...was it so challenging for me to take my own advice for once? To put my body first, and my task list second?

I'm sharing this because I don't often share the challenges of entrepreneurship unless it comes with a cute story of my dog and an "LOL". But lately I've had people reaching out to me asking about biz tips, and I'll be adding this one to the deck.

Make time to Do Less.

Not always, I'm not saying throw in the towel NOR am I saying to sit on your bum and just wait for the $$ to roll in. But a happy medium of Simplicity. Equilibrium. Cyclical living.

Feel free to follow the moments of fire and passion for your biz, and CREATE CREATE CREATE! Build that Email list sprint!

Then take a season, an ebb and flow to plant, grow, and trim.

My copy of Kate Northup's "Do Less" book should arrive this week...if any of you have read it..let me know what you've learned so far! and, for a health update, I'm still taking it day by day and steadily gaining energy back.

I'm in the season of trimming, to make room for growth. You'll see my business brand evolving, experimenting, and transforming. Thanks for being here for the journey, and especially if you made it all the way to the end of this caption- say hi on INSTAGRAM to let me know!
